GOVERNOR MADALE: The people of Mogadishu will get their rights when the constitution is approved

The Governor of Banadir Region and the Mayor of Mogadishu, Mr. Yusuf Hussein Jimale (Madale) joined thousands of people living in Mogadishu who were protesting in support of the completion of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The people who carried placards saying that the constitution should be completed, called on the members of both gouses of parliament to approve the completion of the constitution, and they supported the President of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, in fulfilling his promise to complete the constitution.

Members include; Deputy chairman of security and politics of Banadir region, mr. Mohamed Ahmed Diriye (Yabooh), deputy minister of Information, mr. Abdirahman Yusuf Al-Adalah, women, youth and scholars who spoke to the thousands of people who gathered at Daljirka Dahsoon square, added their voice to support the completion of the constitution, at the same time calling on those who oppose it to turn against the destiny of the Somali nation.

Governor Madale said that the completion of the constitution is necessary, in order to get the rights that are missing from thousands of people living in the capital, and to clarify the status of Mogadishu, and he called on the members of the two houses of parliament to approve the constitution of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
